First off, we love the bike. I bought it as a birthday present for my mom to bring down to our condo on 30a. I knew she would never break down and buy herself one so it was a great 60th Bday present! She was SO EXCITED! It's a beautiful bike and easy to assemble.
Second, the battery was not with the bike when it came in. I messed yolo in the website chat and had a response SO FAST! They made it right and overnighted one. We received it literally the next day. AMAZING customer service. 10/10 recommend.
I'm in love with my E-bike. But it's more than just that. Yolo provided personal service and incredible communication. You're not going to get this kind of service anywhere else. The bike is fantastic, but what makes it was the communication, follow up, and friendly service. I can't imagine getting that from another company. Happy to be part of the Yolo family. Love my board and love my new e-bike
From Canada. I have a 30A beach cruiser that I adore. Recently had an issue with the power. The team at YOLO responded to my emails promptly and helped me through every step of the problem. Managed to get parts shipped to Canada and got it back up and running.
The customer service and warranty were superb!! I love my bike. Most comfortable seat on any bike I have ever ridden.
