Engineered by master craftsman, elite SUP racer, and OG paddle maker EJ Johnson. Originally hand carved from wood in EJ's workshop, years of R&D have evolved this unique design into an all-carbon fiber, super lightweight, top-of-the-line performance paddle. The blade expertly shaped for a higher cadence, smooth water entry/exit and reduced wag in the paddle stroke. The grip handle is wrapped in a lightweight foam for maximum comfort. Each paddle is custom cut to fit - paddles should be sized 8-10" above rider's height. It’s best to measure the paddle you are using now to determine the correct length. Pre-glued paddles are not eligible for return.

AMAZING Paddle

You won't regret this paddle. First, props to YOLO's customer service for contacting me to confirm the length of the paddle (it was very helpful).

I bought this for a 100k race and it was well worth it. There ended up being 40-50 mph wind gusts that I had to go against for multiple long stretches, and I don't think my old paddle would've handled it well.

I ended up placing 1st and this padde helped tremendously..very pleased!

Best paddle I've ever had

I've had my paddle since July 2022 and it is by far the best paddle I've ever owned. It's extremely light, quick, nimble, and can handle the most aggressive of my paddling. The foam grip has worn off so I removed the remnants of it but luckily the handle is also carbon fiber and is still comfortable to use. You'll usually find me in and around Crab Island and the East Pass/Harbor

Great paddle !

Wide paddle makes my paddle easier

I have one of these custom carbon fiber paddles in the widest option at the time (probably 4 years ago now). Had some troubles initially with getting the top handle to stay on the cut carbon fiber. However the staff at Miramar Beach shop[ took care of me, replaced one broken handle (Jeff- founder of YOLO even said he had never seen anything like it before), repaired the second one, still holding up to this day now 4 years later. This paddle works great- moves the most water- gives me a workout. It can be a little tricky on the windy days since if can catch more air if you forget to feather. Overall love this paddle and will happily buy another when my son is old enough to need his own

Best coffee ever!! We were given a complimentary bag in our condo on our family vacation. My husband and I placed an order on the way home. We will continue to purchase YOLO! It is the best organic coffee we have ever had!

stable but flimsy shell

love the displaced hull on this board, cuts through wake great. and it’s stable enough to paddle with my 70lb dog, too.
But the plastic coating started to show small bubbles within a few months. i called Yolo, and they made note of it.
And now, a couple years in, the plastic “hammerhead” coating is loose from the board throughout much of the board. YHIS BOARD IS GARAGE KEPT AND CLEANED OFTEN AFTER EXCURSIINS. too late now for a warranty. I can still paddle it, but very very disappointed in the short life of a “hammerhead.”I have a Boardworks board with a similar plastic shell that is still adhered and solid, and it is 3 years older.
I would consider another one of these boards if I could guarantee the construction.
I love what Yolo stands for, but not impressed with their construction.
Perhaps it was a covid era fluke.
And this is my heaviest board. would like to see it slightly lighter in future models

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Second Trip, and Even Better Than the First!

This was actually our second time booking a Yolo Stand Up Paddle Eco-Tour. Our first time was just a party of two, but we loved it so much that this time we brought a group of six. Once again, they exceeded every expectation, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Jessica.

One of our group members is my adult son, who has high-functioning autism along with some physical limitations. We weren't sure how he’d take to the paddleboard, but Jessica was incredibly intuitive and understanding. She was so observant and, with amazing patience, stayed right by his side throughout the entire tour.

Her encouragement was so genuine and consistent that by the end of the trip, my son was successfully standing up on the board and paddling! It was a huge milestone for him and a proud moment our family won't forget.

It’s rare to find a tour where the guides are so willing to adapt to the individual needs of their guests on the fly. Jessica made sure everyone in our larger group had an amazing experience and a true "win" that day. We were already big fans of this tour, but after this experience, we're customers for life. Thank you, Jessica!

Great just loss my fin so needed a replacement
