We got our bikes delivered and picked up from YOLO. 7 days this time. They called before drop off to let us know, then texted after a photo and the bike lock codes. Called on day of pickup, asking what time. Then, because the sun came out they called again, asking if we would like a few more hours before pickup!

Jessica took our family of 4 on a lovely paddle boat tour through the lake and the gulf. She went at our pace, taught with patience, was kind to our young children. We saw great marine life and would definitely do it again!
This bike is great and I love the story of this place. However customer support response is spotty. They don’t always answer your questions.
