Best coffee ever!! We were given a complimentary bag in our condo on our family vacation. My husband and I placed an order on the way home. We will continue to purchase YOLO! It is the best organic coffee we have ever had!
This was actually our second time booking a Yolo Stand Up Paddle Eco-Tour. Our first time was just a party of two, but we loved it so much that this time we brought a group of six. Once again, they exceeded every expectation, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Jessica.
One of our group members is my adult son, who has high-functioning autism along with some physical limitations. We weren't sure how he’d take to the paddleboard, but Jessica was incredibly intuitive and understanding. She was so observant and, with amazing patience, stayed right by his side throughout the entire tour.
Her encouragement was so genuine and consistent that by the end of the trip, my son was successfully standing up on the board and paddling! It was a huge milestone for him and a proud moment our family won't forget.
It’s rare to find a tour where the guides are so willing to adapt to the individual needs of their guests on the fly. Jessica made sure everyone in our larger group had an amazing experience and a true "win" that day. We were already big fans of this tour, but after this experience, we're customers for life. Received my bag finally ( no fault of Yolo) and it’s perfect!! The clip on feature to the rack is just what I needed! Very easy to use and much more secure than my old one which I had to strap on with Velcro ties.
My husband found YOLO from a sports account on instagram last year and we were looking for good, quality, organic coffee beans. When they came in, I told my husband that we were doing the coffee club because it was just the best coffee I had ever had. Didn’t make me bloated or sick, I love that it’s ethically sourced which minimizes mold content dramatically and the fact that it’s organic and pesticide free is HUGE! The coffee is so good dude, 10/10 recommend! My friends come over and literally tell me to start my own mini cafe because it’s the best coffee they have ever had (even though 95%, I know is just the YOLO beans). This is the fourth time we’ve rented from Yolo, and the experience has always been smooth and hassle-free.
I didn’t attempt the glass repair. I only used the quick fix ding repair and it worked perfectly
Jessica, our guide, was great with communication prior to the trip and during the trip ensured we were comfortable with paddling and also shared lots of fun facts about the area. The tour was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute.
Bikes were in great shape, delivered and picked up with ease, and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend.
The design is beautiful, it's nice and light, the only downside is it arrived with a small dent/scratch in the paddle but overall isn't a dealbreaker. I can't wait to test it out on the first paddleboard adventure with it.
My husband and I took a quick anniversary trip down to 30A without our boys, and we decided to rent e-bikes from Yolo to get around town! We ended up finding excuses to go ride! :) We had a blast and felt like kids again! Not to mention YOLO made it incredibly easy! Dakota called/texted on the day of delivery and pick-up, and was so responsive, kind, and easy to work with! We will not travel without renting ever again! It was amazing! Thank you, Yolo!
Two bikes (both) motors failed. My guest had to manually pedal and I had same issue for about a third of the trip. I’ve done this ride several times, first issue but this was very disappointing.
We love their coffee flavor, quality, and freshness! Unparalleled in the organic coffee world!
I ordered a new tube from YOLO and purchased a new tire from their store and the tire failed causing a blowout of the tube. It seemed to be a blemish in the manufacturing though now I’m out a tube and tire at my beach home and am unable logistically to repair. Quite disappointing despite my love for this brand and our families 4 YOLO bikes.
You won't regret this paddle. First, props to YOLO's customer service for contacting me to confirm the length of the paddle (it was very helpful).
I bought this for a 100k race and it was well worth it. There ended up being 40-50 mph wind gusts that I had to go against for multiple long stretches, and I don't think my old paddle would've handled it well.
I ended up placing 1st and this padde helped tremendously..very pleased!

I've had my paddle since July 2022 and it is by far the best paddle I've ever owned. It's extremely light, quick, nimble, and can handle the most aggressive of my paddling. The foam grip has worn off so I removed the remnants of it but luckily the handle is also carbon fiber and is still comfortable to use. You'll usually find me in and around Crab Island and the East Pass/Harbor

I couldn’t believe it was my bike! I thought they had mistakenly given me a new bike it was so clean.
As a follow up on a previous review, there seem to be no torque specifications for this bike. The last two bikes I bought (one road, one mountain) had plenty of torque specs listed. This only amplifies my assertion that the documentation is substandard.
