The design is beautiful, it's nice and light, the only downside is it arrived with a small dent/scratch in the paddle but overall isn't a dealbreaker. I can't wait to test it out on the first paddleboard adventure with it.
My husband and I took a quick anniversary trip down to 30A without our boys, and we decided to rent e-bikes from Yolo to get around town! We ended up finding excuses to go ride! :) We had a blast and felt like kids again! Not to mention YOLO made it incredibly easy! Dakota called/texted on the day of delivery and pick-up, and was so responsive, kind, and easy to work with! We will not travel without renting ever again! It was amazing! Thank you, Yolo!
Two bikes (both) motors failed. My guest had to manually pedal and I had same issue for about a third of the trip. I’ve done this ride several times, first issue but this was very disappointing.

I ordered a new tube from YOLO and purchased a new tire from their store and the tire failed causing a blowout of the tube. It seemed to be a blemish in the manufacturing though now I’m out a tube and tire at my beach home and am unable logistically to repair. Quite disappointing despite my love for this brand and our families 4 YOLO bikes.
